We had an amazing experience at this park! The safety measures for children are top-notch, with staff closely monitoring all activities. As a parent, I felt very comfortable letting my child play. The bathrooms were impressively clean, which is always a big plus! We also hosted a birthday party here, and it was fantastic. The party was well-organized, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Most importantly, the kids had a blast, and the team was incredibly helpful throughout. Edit to original. After posting my review, management reached out to me to apologize for the miscommunication and fully explain the attractions and made amends. It was appreciated. My daughter loves this place but am disappointed with some recent changes. I have the gold membership and I was told that the extras (archery etc) were going to be included. However, when I went the other day I was turned away because I don't have the platinum membership. My daughter was very sad and I was disappointed at the lack of clear information. ...Read More
