SAFETY INFORMATION AT AEROSPORTS ST. CATHARINES

Last Updated: September 4, 2026

Your safety is our top priority. Before you jump at our St. Catharines trampoline park, please take a few minutes to watch the safety video below and review our park rules. Jumping is a blast when everyone plays safe.

1. Watch Before You Jump

Watch the AeroSports safety video before your visit.

Warning: Catastrophic injury, paralysis or even death may result from failing to follow the rules below — and, due to the inherent risks of trampolining, sometimes even when all rules are followed.

2. Before You Jump

  • Trampolining is an inherently dangerous recreational activity that carries a risk of serious injury or death — each participant must evaluate that risk for themselves.
  • You should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by jumping.
  • Expectant mothers should not jump.
  • All guests must complete the liability waiver and release before entering. Anyone under 18 must have the waiver completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Park Rules

  • Somersaults not recommended — landing on the head or neck can cause serious injury, paralysis or death, even when landing in the middle of the mat. Maintain total control of your body while jumping.
  • Do not double bounce — double bouncing can throw another jumper off balance.
  • Wear appropriate clothing — clothes must be free of hanging zippers, belts and strings; remove jewelry; empty your pockets; and keep nothing in your mouth (gum, candy or other).
  • No diving into foam pits — never dive headfirst into the foam pits.
  • Be alert — be aware and considerate of those around you, and jump with people of a similar size.
  • No climbing — do not climb on walls or netting, and do not touch the basketball apparatus.
  • No drugs or alcohol — never use a trampoline while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • No rough-housing — no tackling, pushing or any activity that may interfere with the jumping or concentration of another participant.

This is a listing of our general rules. It is not an all-inclusive list, and the rules are subject to change.
