Booked my daughter’s birthday there for a Glow Party. The two managers (Dara & Linette) were super helpful with the booking process, and offered for my wife & I to come in to tour the park and party rooms. Even offered ideas and tips on how we could make the event a memorable experience (glow face paint, glow sticks etc) Our host Olivia went above and beyond, all the kids loved her! She was very attentive and helped my wife with anything she needed. They also offer great deals through wagjag. We were able to give our daughter a memorable party with her friends for under $250. There were a few other parties checking in at the same time as ours, so the check in took a bit longer but it wasn’t too bad. A PA system would be helpful to call parties to party rooms when play time was over. Was somewhat tricky for me to track down all the kids in the dark to bring them to party room for pizza. Our host was better at wrangling all the children than me she tracked down 7 kids in the time it took me to find one! Will definitely be booking future parties here! Great place! I brought my son for the first time and he loved it. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
