I came in on a Thursday morning to purchase 2 memberships and a birthday package. The customer service I received from Stella and Hanu was top notch. They were so patient and made sure all the questions were answered. There was a computer issue that took some time, but they managed my expectations for waiting and provided an alternate solution instead of waiting (they would have management call me). Stella gave me a tour and explained the birthday package while Hanu handled the administration/computer issue. The facility is clean and they've added some really awesome attractions. We had a great time at Aerosports London for our daughter’s 6th birthday. Aerosports took care of basically everything - checking everyone in, the grip socks, the party room set up, the food and even getting the singing started for happy birthday and cake! And best of all, the clean up! Samantha was a wonderful host and so helpful and kind. The facility itself is so much fun! It has a great variety of activities for kids of all ages. My girls absolutely love the ninja course. And also the new ninja tag area (I believe that was what it’s called). What a great, clean place to have a birthday party or just spend a few hours.
