General Park Information

Are Aerosports jump socks required?

Yes, Aerosports socks are required at all locations for safety and hygiene reasons. All locations have jump socks available for purchase. Jump socks are reusable so be sure to keep yours for future visits! Our socks feature special grip patterns on the bottom to help prevent slipping on the trampolines.

Do you have a weight limit?

Our trampolines have a 300 pound weight limit for safety reasons. This weight limit ensures the optimal performance and safety of our equipment for all jumpers. Please ensure all guests are aware of this limit before arriving at the park.

Are waivers required? Can they be filled out online?

Waivers are required for every guest to the park including non-jumpers and spectators. By clicking on the 'Online Waiver' tab on our website, you can fill out the waiver before you arrive! This will significantly reduce your check-in time and keep you from waiting in line. Keep in mind the waiver needs to be completed by a parent or legal guardian for children less than 18 years old. Everyone who enters the facility MUST have a waiver on file with that park location.

Do spectators have to pay to watch jumpers?

While jumpers are required to pay general admission, non-jumpers and spectators are never charged admission. We have comfortable viewing areas where parents and guardians can watch their children jump and play safely.

Do your jump cards expire?

No, our jump cards never expire and can be used among different jumpers! This makes them perfect for gifts or families with multiple children. You can also transfer unused time between family members or friends at any time.

Age & Safety Policies

Can I leave my child(ren) unattended?

While every child under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver, children under 16 years old cannot be dropped off without an adult supervisor present in the facility. Please ensure all children understand the rules and regulations of the park before dropping them off to jump. For children 16 and older, they may jump without adult supervision once proper waivers are completed.

Can my small child come to the park?

Aerosports believes that as long as the child can walk independently, they can jump! We welcome toddlers and young children. However, for safety reasons, children must be able to walk on their own and follow basic safety instructions. Very young children should always be closely supervised by their guardians while jumping.

Special Programs & Events

What is Glow?

We host an exciting glow-in-the-dark jumping experience every Friday and Saturday from 6PM–9PM! During Glow, we turn all the lights off in the main arena and transform the space with laser lights, LED lights, and awesome music, creating an epic dance party atmosphere. All jumpers are required to wear either an Aerosports glow t-shirt (available for purchase) or any white shirt to jump during glow time for the best visual effect.

Do you guys honour access cards?

Yes we do! We're proud to support accessibility in our community. When a valid access card is presented, the cardholder receives 50% off their admission, and their support worker jumps completely free. This ensures everyone can enjoy the fun and benefits of trampolining regardless of their abilities.

Do you have food available to purchase?

We have a fully stocked Snack Shack at all locations that serves delicious treats and refreshments! Our menu includes pizza, nachos, drinks, candy, and other kid-friendly favorites. Perfect for refueling after an energetic jumping session or celebrating a special occasion.

What days are the least busy?

Weekends (Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays) are our busiest days, especially during Glow sessions and family time. Mondays and Tuesdays are usually less busy than other days, making them perfect for a more relaxed jumping experience or if you prefer smaller crowds. Wednesday and Thursday also tend to be moderately busy.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do sell gift cards! You can purchase a physical gift card at your local Aerosports location, or you can conveniently purchase an electronic gift card online through our website. Gift cards make perfect presents for birthdays, holidays, or any special occasion. They never expire and can be used for admission, food, merchandise, or birthday parties!

When are refunds processed?

You can expect refunds to be processed and appear in your account within 3-5 business days from the date of approval. Refund requests should be submitted as early as possible, and our team will review each request according to our cancellation and refund policies.

Group Events & Facility Rentals

How do I book a group event at Aerosports?

To book a group event, you can book directly through our website or call your local park. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and hold your preferred date and time. Make sure to confirm your booking within the specified holding period to avoid losing your reservation. Our team will guide you through the entire process and help customize your event.

What's the minimum number of jumpers required for group events?

A minimum number of 15 jumpers are required to qualify for our special group event pricing and benefits. This ensures we can provide the best value and service for your group. Use the promotional code GROUPBOOKING25 when booking to enjoy 25% off group rates for groups of 15 or more jumpers!

Is a jumpers list required for group events?

Yes, we require a complete jumpers list to be provided two weeks prior to your booking date. This allows us to pre-check all waivers and significantly speed up the check-in process on the day of your event. Having waivers completed in advance means more time jumping and less time waiting in line!

What's included in the group jump package?

Our group jump packages include jump time for all participants and complimentary Aero socks for every jumper. We also offer many exciting add-on options that you can include in your event for an additional cost, such as private party rooms, food packages, extended jump time, and special activities. Our team will work with you to create the perfect package for your group.
