Team Members may be trained to work in multiple areas of the park based on operational needs.

What you'll do
- Supervise attractions and enforce park safety rules
- Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful customer service
- Assist with check-ins, waivers, admissions, and guest questions
- Operate the POS system and process sales accurately
- Host birthday parties and group events
- Help guests understand attractions, games, and park procedures
- Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and ready for guests
- Actively interact with guests and help create a positive park experience
- Communicate safety, maintenance, or guest concerns to a Supervisor
- Work together with other Team Members during busy periods
- Complete assigned cleaning and operational duties throughout the shift
What we're looking for
- Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
- Friendly, responsible, energetic, and comfortable interacting with guests
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Able to follow safety procedures and confidently enforce park rules
- Comfortable working in a loud, active, and fast-paced environment
- Able to remain on your feet and active throughout the shift
- Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
