To book a group event, book through website or by phone. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. Make sure to confirm your booking within the holding period to avoid losing your reservation.

Yes, We require the jumpers list to be provided to use two weeks prior to the booking date. This is so we can pre- check all waivers to speed up the check in process on the day of the event

Pricing for group events remain the same for both weekdays and weekends. The facility rental rates do differ for weekdays & Weekends.

The jump time & Aero socks are included for all jumpers. There are also many add on options that you can add to your event for an extra cost!

A Minimum number of 15 jumpers are required to qualify for the special group event pricing.

Rooms are not included with the group events, however they can be rented out for an additional cost!

  • Complimentary jump socks for all jumpers
  • Exclusive access to the entire facility for up to 220 jumpers
  • Acess To All Party Rooms
  • Tablecloths and cutlery for all party rooms
  • Food options and catering available for an additional cost

To ensure a seamless experience:

  • Confirm your booking and pay the 25% deposit within the holding period.
  • Submit a list of jumpers two weeks before the event.
  • Ensure all waivers are signed in advance.
  • Stay in touch with our team for updates on waiver statuses and event details.

Cancellations must be communicated promptly. Deposits are non-refundable, but rescheduling options may be available. Contact our team for more details.

Yes, food and catering can be arranged for your event at an additional cost. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll help coordinate the menu.
