Yes, all jumpers must have a valid signed waiver before jumping.

Weekends are our busiest days. Mondays and Tuesdays are usually less busy than other days.

Aerosports believes that as long as the child can walk, they can jump!

Refunds can take up to 3 - 5 business days to reflect in your bank account.

If your child becomes unwell, we will notify you immediately. We have trained staff on-site to handle minor first-aid needs, and we ask parents to provide emergency contact information during registration.

While every child under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver, children under 12 years old cannot be dropped off without an adult. Please ensure all children understand the rules and regulations of the park before dropping them off to jump.

While jumpers are required to pay general admission, non-jumpers are never charged admission.

We have a fully stocked Snack Shack at all locations that serve delicious treats!

We host a glow in the dark every Friday and Saturday between 6-9pm (LDN) & 4PM-10PM (OAK) and every Tuesday and Sunday 4-8PM (LDN) & Sunday 4-10PM (OAK). We turn all the light off in the main arena, we have laser light, LED lights. All jumpers required to wear Aerosports glow t-shirt or white shirt to jump during glow time.

We do sell gift cards! You can purchase a physical gift card in your local Aerosports. You can also purchase a gift card online!

No, our jump coupons never expire.

Pricing for group events remain the same for both weekdays and weekends. The facility rental rates do differ for weekdays & Weekends.

Yes, early drop-off and late pick-up can typically be added with short notice. Please notify the camp team as early as possible.
