General Park Information

Are Aerosports jump socks required?

Yes, Aerosports socks are required at all locations for safety and hygiene reasons. All locations have jump socks available for purchase. Jump socks are reusable and feature special grip patterns to prevent slipping.

Do you have a weight limit?

Our trampolines have a 300-pound weight limit for safety. This ensures optimal performance and safety of our equipment for all jumpers.

Are waivers required? Can they be filled out online?

Waivers are required for all guests, including non-jumpers and spectators. Online waivers can be completed before arrival, reducing check-in time. Children under 18 require a parent/guardian signature.

Do spectators have to pay to watch jumpers?

Non-jumpers and spectators are never charged admission. Comfortable viewing areas are available for parents and guardians.

Do your jump cards expire?

No, jump cards never expire and can be shared among jumpers. They are perfect for gifts or families with multiple children.

Age & Safety Policies

Can I leave my child(ren) unattended?

Children under 16 cannot be left unattended. Those 16+ may jump independently once waivers are completed.

Can my small child come to the park?

Children who can walk independently may jump. Toddlers are welcome but must be supervised and follow safety instructions.

Special Programs & Events

What is Glow?

Glow is our glow-in-the-dark jumping experience every Tuesday 4–8PM, and Friday/Saturday 6–10PM. Lights, lasers, and music create a dance-party atmosphere. Jumpers should wear a glow t-shirt or white shirt.

Do you honour access cards?

Yes! Cardholders receive 50% off admission, and support workers jump free.

Services & Amenities

Do you have food available to purchase?

Our Snack Shack offers pizza, nachos, drinks, candy, and more at all locations.

What days are the least busy?

Mondays and Tuesdays are usually less busy; weekends and Glow nights are the busiest.

Do you sell gift cards?

Gift cards are available in-store and online. They never expire and can be used for admission, food, merchandise, or parties.

When are refunds processed?

Refunds appear within 3-5 business days from approval. Requests should follow our cancellation policies.

How do I book a group event at Aerosports?

Book via our website or call your local park. A 25% deposit secures your date. Our team will guide you through the process.

What's the minimum number of jumpers required for group events?

15 jumpers minimum for group event pricing. Use code GROUPBOOKING25 for 25% off groups of 15+ jumpers.

Is a jumpers list required for group events?

Yes, submit a complete list two weeks prior. Waivers completed in advance speed up check-in.

What's included in the group jump package?

Jump time for all, complimentary Aero socks, plus optional add-ons like private rooms, food, extended time, and special activities.

What's included in the facility rental?

Facility rental includes: complimentary jump socks (up to 220 people), exclusive access to the facility, party rooms, tableware, dedicated staff, catering options, perfect for corporate events, birthdays, fundraisers, and more.
