- Note: All prices are subject to HST.
- Late Ordering Fees: No charges for additional add-ons booked more than 24 hours before the event. A $20.00 late ordering fee applies to add-ons added within 24 hours of the event.
- Downgrading/Upgrading Party Packages: All party package downgrades or upgrades must be requested at least 14 days before the event and are subject to availability.
- Parties may be rescheduled within one year of the original booking date at no additional charge, provided at least 72 hours’ advance notice is given. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a store gift card for the refund amount. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
- Please advise us of any food allergies or sensitivities in advance.
- The party room is private for your group; however, the jumping area is open to all patrons.
- No pinatas, confetti, or silly string are permitted in the facility. A $40.00 cleaning fee will be charged if any of these items are used.
- AeroSports Parks is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All jumpers must have a completed liability waiver on file before jumping. Guests under 18 must have the waiver signed by their own parent or legal guardian. Guests aged 18 or older may sign for themselves with a valid photo ID showing both a photo and date of birth. Waivers can be completed online through our website or at the waiver station in the park. Hard copies are not available. Parents or guardians accompanying a child who is jumping must also complete a waiver. Once signed, waivers are valid for one year.
- The final number of jumpers must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the party.
- All guests should arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled jump time for check-in.
